More importantly, it serves customers with care that stems from an intensive two-week training period of baristas about product knowledge and the art of coffee-making, service and selling.



Antioxidant, weight loss factor

Green coffee bean has been gaining attention as a weight loss and antioxidant element according to a recent study of Gastroenterology Research and Practice.

While traditional black coffee is made from roasted coffee beans, green coffee drink is made using the unroasted or “green” coffee beans.

Extracts from green coffee beans have proven many health benefits in scientific studies.

The main components of green coffee bean responsible for these benefits are caffeine and chlorogenic acid, a type of antioxidant.

It contains polyphenols, producing this type of acid, which, like grape seed extract and green tea, has antioxidant that help the body neutralize harmful free radicals.

The presence of chlorogenic acids in green coffee bean help manage diabetes and blood pressure levels effectively.

The study also presented that chlorogenic acid antioxidants in green coffee beans could also prevent the proliferation of four kinds of cancer cells, suggesting green coffee may be useful in preventing some types of cancer.

It was also observed that in addition to antioxidant benefit, green coffee bean extract is effective against weight gain and fat accumulation by preventing fat absorption and activating fat metabolism in the liver.
