Black burger from squid ink brings rock and roll to the taste buds

While some diners are not quite impressed by the use of black coloring on their food, the flavors of Hybrid Project’s latest offering may change their minds yet.

In one of its latest posts, the restaurant introduced its Jack Borger, which sandwiches its special patty with squid ink bun, which accounts for the rock and roll color.

“Got black???? Hybrid Project’s JACK BORGER! SAVORY Chorizo Patty with Monterey Jack Cheeze, Oozing with Red Ioli Cheese and Jack barbecue Sauce in Squid ink Bun,” the restaurant captioned its photo.

The restaurant, based on its name takes pride for spinning conventional meal presentations and mixing it up to come up with deliciously creative alternatives to the norm.
