Apps to drive Max’s Group food delivery service
Max’s Group Inc., which introduced mobile ordering applications for Krispy Kreme and Yellow Cab Pizza last year, is now looking at using apps for its flagship brand, Max’s Restaurant, and other brands such as Pancake House and Teriyaki Boy.
“We recognize the need to reinforce our support system to carry us forward. We also want to seize opportunities on the prevailing mobile and delivery trend among consumers. Other brands such as Max’s, Pancake House and Teriyaki Boy will soon follow suit with their own,” Max’s Group president and CEO Robert F. Trota said in a statement.
Others brands in the Max’s Group are: Dencio’s, Jamba Juice, Kabisera, Maple, Singkit, and Sizzlin’ Steak.
Max’s Group created the Yellow Cab app with Mobext Philippines that allows customers to rate their dine-in or in-app ordering experience. Customers who rate their experience are given coupons that they can then redeem when they dine in or order for delivery or pick up. It also allows users to track their orders.
Mobext Philippines also developed the Krispy Kreme Philippines app that won the only award for the Philippines in the Mob-Ex Awards 2016 in Singapore.
The Krispy Kreme Philippines App bagged the bronze for CRM, Loyalty, and Engagement category.
The app features a 100-percent mobile-based loyalty program dubbed as the Krispy Kreme Stamp Card which awards users with treats and exclusive e-coupons and answers the demand for delivery services from those with a sweet tooth. (Eileen A. Mencias)
