Ibanez and Iday at Crisostomo

Celebrate the end of Lent with Crisostomo Restaurant’s Pinoy version of the banana split.

Called the Ibanez, the dessert comprises of scoops of chocolate ice cream topped with pineapple and cherries, sandwiched in between slices of turon instead of a plain banana.

If something sweet is on one’s cravings list, then pairing off the Ibanez with the Iday, or suman dipped in Batangas chocolate will be an awesome flavor combination.
