Noted photographer whips up vegan versions of popular dishes

Think being vegan is challenging? It may be so for some but celebrated conceptual photographer Niccolo Cosme is taking it in stride.

As a matter of fact, he’s been posting his homemade meals on Instagram which has inspired many of his followers to follow his lead.

In his most recent post, Niccolo uploaded his very own version of vegetarian Viet Pho which he had for lunch. He topped the dish with fried tofu and crispy noodles.

There’s also the time he posted some luscious looking vegetarian sesame pork buns that he also had for lunch.

Or what about the time he made his own spin of the Korean bibimbap minus the meat?
With his creative takes on popular international dishes combined with his artistic takes on food, its no wonder he is beginning to influence others to switch to vegan, which is considered a more environmentally sustainable practice for Mother Earth after all. (ANGEL ONG)
