Pamana offers streetfood favorites, Mangga’t bagoong and okoy
The peeps at Pamana understands the joys of simplicity and the Filipinos’ mood to kick back and simply enjoy the uncomplicated snack treats.
Yet, they also know that Pinoy diners love to see their food innovatively presented and that is why they have taken great pains to innovate the presentation of the street food fave green mango and shrimp paste, better known as “mangga’t bagoong” and okoy.
“Because you have to mix beer with fermented mango sticks and yes those are okoys or small shrimps made into a patty and deep fried till super crunchy… Awesome snacks I tell you!,” one of its Instagram posts read.
The okoy, instead of being presented as a flat circle is made into cute little balls that make them the perfect finger food on a lazy Friday night with the gang. A definite must try when you visit a branch. (ANGEL ONG)
