Sinigang deconstructed at BGC bar

Deconstruct your sinigang to come up with a unique take of the traditional sour soup dish but without the soup?

Don’t sound so surprised as The Perfect Pint thought of this twist to your favorite sinigang.

Instead of mixing all of the ingredients in a pot to make hot soup, the creative minds behind the establishment infused the rice with sinigang flavor, and used the pork as a crispy topping to the rice.

Of course, no decent sinigang will be complete without kangkong so the plate is surrounded with cripy kangkong, radish and tomato slices.

The pork also deserves a vinegar and chili dip so that is also thrown into the plate.
