Sinigang specialist offers 9 ways to enjoy traditional sour soup dish

The restaurant formerly known as Orange Whisk, has now transformed into Sinigang, an establishment that specializes in the traditional Filipino sour soup dish beloved by many.

The restaurant which is operated by Chef Isaiah Ortega and his wife, Korinne, prides itself on serving authentic and traditional Filipino cuisine.

From the name itself, the house specialty is a treat for fans of the sour dish as the restaurant offers 9 ways to enjoy it.

With two serving sizes – regular which is good for two persons and family, which can serve four persons, Sinigang’s main star is the classic Sinigang na Liempo sa Sampaloc.

It also has Sinigang na Tadyang ng Baboy sa Sampaloc, Sinigang na Pata sa Sampaloc at Libas and Sinigang na Bagnet sa Sampaloc.

For the seafood variants, there is also the Sinigang na Bangus sa Bayabas, Sinigang na Bangus sa Sampaloc at Calamansi, Sinigang na Ulo at Tiyan ng Salmon sa Miso, Sinigang na Panga ng Tuna sa Miso and Sinigang na Hipon sa Kamias at Kalamansi.
