Liliw’s finest is also one of Asia’s best

You don’t have to travel all the way to Liliw, Laguna to get a taste of the province’s finest dishes.

Just drop by the Rural Kitchen of Liliw Laguna in Legaspi Village in Makati, and you’ll be sure to be transported by the delicacies that is identified with the province like suman sa palaspas in a bowl of tsokolate and pinipig sprinkles, piniritong adobo, crispy squid, ginataang tutong and classic bonete served with either butter, red and green bell pepper salsa or sinantolan.

The restaurant helmed by Chef Justin Sarabia, has even made it to the Daily Meal list of 101 Best Restaurants in Asia, a rare honor received by only three Philippine restaurants, a testament that its excellent cuisine can rival that of Asia’s best . (By: Angel Ong)
