UCC Clockworks toasts mango season with new cocktail

Admit it. You wait for summer every year to take advantage of the Philippines’ magnificent mango season, when ripe mangoes line up every fruit stand in the market and the smell of the tropical fruit beckons for you to buy them by the ton.

UCC Clockwork is also taking advantage of the mango season by offering a new special – the Mango Ginger Caiphirinha, a cocktail that normally blends the sweetness of charred mango with the spice of ginger, the spiciness of ginger and the Brazilian rum Leblon cachaça.
