Purple Yam reinvents Pinoy dishes, supports local

A reservations only restaurant in Malate has been quietly keeping busy spinning new versions of Pinoy dishes and bringing the reimagined dishes to the attention of even more Pinoyfood enthusiasts.

What’s more, they prioritize the use of ingredients sourced locally to support local food producers.
Purple Yam, which has a business address at 603 Julio Nakpil Street in Malate, Manila, prides itself for showcasing Filipino food with a twist that makes it new for their customers.
