Sexy chef Rachel Alejandro shares recipe for Mango Chia Jam

The Sexy Chef Rachel Alejandro loves to share how she makes her healthy meals to her Instagram followers.

In one of her most recent posts, she shared her recipe for mango chia jam with ingredients they picked from Rosa Farm in .

According to Rachel, the jam is a more nutritious alternative to processed spreads. And because of the natural sweetness of the mango, there’s no need to add sugar.

Instead, she recommended the use of natural honey to amp up the taste.

Here’s Rachel’s super simple step by step on how to prepare the jam.
Mango Chia Jam
(Makes 1 cup)
2 mangoes, flesh of
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp coconut nectar or honey (optional)
1. Puree the mango in a blender until smooth and transfer to a bowl.
2. Add the chia seeds and coconut nectar. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.

Let the mixture set in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Transfer the mango chia jam to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. (ANGEL ONG)
