Papa Diddi’s highlights Ibanag cuisine
Aside from serving up premium ice cream produced in small batches using locally sourced ingredients, Papa Diddi’s is now introducing something new to its menu.
The shop recently shared that it is starting to serve Ibanag cuisine in its restaurant in tribute to Papa Diddi’s roots.
Ibanags are ethnic minorities of the northern provinces of Cagayan, Isabela and Nueva
