Fil-Am Chef Dale Talde welcomes summer in Miami with watermelons

Chili garlic shrimps with watermelon? Why not.

Check out Master Chef alumni Dale Talde’s new dish for his Miami restaurant.

It’s a salad with chili garlic shrimps, watermelon, mint and Bibb lettuce. Dale says it’s a “pure summer food.” The watermelon balances out the spicyness of the chili garlic shrimp and the mint freshens up the palate.
