Newly engaged actress Kaye Abad is watching her weight as she prepares for her big day, counting calories by breakfasting on tortang talong sandwich made by Chef Rob Lau.
However, her diet doesn’t necessarily mean that she is shying away from lechon de Cebu from Yobob, which has recently opened a branch in Dampa Farmers Market in Araneta, especially since the restaurant is co owned by her hubby to be Paul Jake Castillo.

Well, an occasional indulgence is understandable since Kaye seems to keep her fitness a priority, biking and working out on the regular to maintain her healthy physique, and regularly getting rid of toxins by including fruit smoothies and juices in her diet.
