Michelin-starred chef Tetedoie visits PH
Chef Christian Tetedoie of Michelin went to see the Philippines, as he delivered the introductory class to the first batch of the Center for Culinary Arts (CCA)-Institut Culinaire Disciples Escoffier (ICDE) students in the country, Business Miror reported.
Chef Tetedoei, considered as among the most talented chefs of his age, shared his interest for upholding the French cuisine principles and standards, while also discussing his mission to endorse French food worldwide.
Tetedoie described that learning French cuisine and its principles is important for the new generation of culinary experts, as well as international restaurateurs, since it delivers the tools to discover and concentrate in any form of Western cuisine.
Tetedoie, who is also the president of the Association of French Master Chefs Worldwide, has been a guest master chef at the ICDE since the institute began teaching in Hong Kong.
