New fine dining Cantonese restaurant opens in Greenhills today

Cheese is not a common thing in Chinese cuisine and but Xiu Fine Cantonese Dining might just change that.

Xiu Fine Cantonese Dining formally opens its doors at 115 Connecticut St. in Greenhills today.

Here’s the much raved about lobster with cheese sauce.

Xiu also has black ink rice with seafood baked in a clay pot that one diner described as an “amped up paella negra.”

Restaurateur Sandy Daza stuck to the staple sweet and sour pork and was extremely satisfied.
