Juday’s avocado sandwich
Actress and Chef Judy Ann Santos has always marched to the beat of her own drum when it comes to food, making unique and creative food choices and coming up with rare treats while she’s at it.
Her latest “invention” is a post workout meal – what seems like an Avocado Sandwich, with slices of avocado wedged in between wheat bread.
“I can have this everyday,” Juday confessed.
Not only is avocado a tasty snack after a grueling workout but according to health experts, this superfood is packed with vitamins and minerals that reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and premature aging.
