Juices and smoothies for Angeline Quinto

With a busy lifestyle, songstress Angeline Quinto recognizes the value of maintaining a healthy diet and including fruits and vegetables on a daily basis is a surefire way to meet the goal.

Angeline recently posted her blundering and juicing exploits on her social media after several days of feeling under the weather.

“Kailangan lang talagang kumain ng prutas at maraming gulay at vitamins araw araw para hindi bumaba ang immune system ko,” she said.

The singer shared that she blendered kale leaves and spinach for her greens and juiced lemon, orange, green apple and cucumber for her daily dose of fruits.
