Water level in Luzon dams up due to monsoon rains
As the southwest monsoon brought heavy rains on Monday, major dams in Luzon increased their water levels on Tuesday, according to charts from the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
The state weather bureau noted that the Angat Dam has slightly gained, as its water level increased from 179.83 meters on Monday to 179.93 meters on Tuesday; however, it is still far from the normal high level of 210 meters. It is in Norzagaray, Bulacan.
