Dare to take the #EatAllYouCanDurian challenge
Davao City is daring durian lovers and tourists to take its #EatAllYouCanDurian challenge during its month-long Durian Festival from August 5 to September 4.
Sunstar reported that for a fee of P150 per person, anyone can eat their fill of durian, subject to certain rules.
The durian-all-you-can challenge runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the Durian Festival.
As in all eat-all-you-can rules, challengers must get their durian from only one of five exhibitors
There is a “no sharing, no leftovers” policy.
Left-overs are charged P50 per kilo depending on the weight of the durian last availed.
The 4th Davao Durian Festival is expected to generate P800,000 in sales.
