PH snack food firm eyes bigger market in Asia
W.L. Foods, one of the country’s aggressive snack food players, aims to become one of the leading snack food brands in Asia in five years.
Company founder, president and CEO William Lim revealed this vision in a special supplement in the Manila Bulletin for the company’s 30th anniversary.
“I am hoping to become one of Asia’s leading brands in five years,” he said. “In doing so, I hope to bring Philippine products to the whole world.”
Aside from its flagship brand CHEEZ ZUM, W.L. offers an array of snack foods items from yummy corn curls, fried corn, corn chips, pellets, green peas, nuts, pop corn, biscuits, candies, candies, chocolates as well as ice candies, juices and jellies. These products are distributed locally and abroad.
