Ripple is a vegan milk alternative made from peas

That’s where Ripple comes in. Its creators figured that it was time for a dairy-free option that was high in protein, low in sugar, and still delicious to drink. Ripple contains 8 grams of protein per cup, which is right up there with cow’s milk. It also has 50% more calcium and one Ripple variety contains no sugar — the vanilla, chocolate, and original do, but up to 30% less than their dairy equivalents.
