Chef JP Anglo’s extreme battle rope workout

Not that many foodies are as passionate about exercise and fitness.

Surfing chef JP Anglo is more than just a foodie and a chef. His exercises are also notches higher. He may not be banging a salmon ladder but check out his battle rope work out.

Battle ropes generally work out the core, the arms, and the glutes, especially when you squat while swinging the rope.

Chef JP Anglo does it on a small board on top of a tube that needs to be balanced. It seems to be his penance for crispy pata.
