Sarsa turns 3; takes lid off new dishes
Chef JP Anglo is introducing new dishes at Sarsa this weekend.
Sarsa is turning three and had the very discerning lifestyle editor Millet Martinez at Mananquil among others for the food tasting of the new dishes.
What’s in store for Sarsa guests?
Tanglad beef skewers
@cathiecarpio says it best about our new dish: “Carnivores, rejoice! New on @sarsakitchen’s menu: TANGLAD BEEF SKEWERS with Kansi Sauce. What is great about this resto is its continous pursuit to elevate Filipino cuisine without abandoning traditional flavours in the process. From a gravified kansi version (sizzling kansi) to kansi sauce, @sarsakitchen clearly shows it can reinvent dishes without stirring away from traditional flavours.” Salamat gid Cathie! #SarsaTurns3 A photo posted by JP Anglo (@chefjayps) on
the hainanese inspired chicken binakol
and a whole lot more
The scene at @sarsakitchen’s lunch earlier: Manila’s favorite purveyor of Negrenese cuisine threw a party for its third birthday and gave the guests a taste of new dishes like poached boneless chicken binakol, grilled blue marlin with crab sauce and squid ink, three-way sizzling tofu, and inasal lumpia with atsuete garlic sauce. Happy birthday, Sarsa!?? #sarsaturns3 A photo posted by CNN Philippines Life (@cnnphlife) on
