TGI Friday’s beefs up menu

In celebration of the Yuletide season, American chain TGI Friday’s is celebrating the holidays with a beefed-up menu.

In a report by ABS-CBN, some of the new products include Bacon Jalapeno Mozzarella Burger, flame-grilled burger sandwiched between oven-toasted brioche buns with guacamole and chipotle mayonnaise and finished off with deep-fried mozzarella with jalapeno chunks and crispy bacon; Cajun Angels, bacon-wrapped grilled shrimps with rice pilaf, pico de gallo and creole mustard cream sauce; Spiced Honey Glaze Salmon, grilled fillets of salmon basted with spicy honey and served with rice pilaf and paprika-coriander cream sauce; Country Ribs, pork ribs smothered in apple BBQ or Jack Daniel’s sauce; Grilled Salmon and Artichoke Dip; and Country BBQ Chicken Salad.
To wrap it up, the restaurant chain also offers a new dessert, Banoffee Pie.
