Erwan fires up the grill with fresh feast
There’s no doubt that celebrity chef ErwanHeussaff is super comfortable with the grill, treating it as his happy place.
His mission for the day, is to cook up these fresh mayamaya, lapulapu and shrimp from the local market (which he woke up really early for) with onions, and spices.

So from that snap, we go to this finished product – Grilled Maya with gochujang “ketchup”, smoked lapulapu with spicy coconut broth, grilled prawns with spicy vinegar, shrimp scampi.
He added up some mango avocado salad, roasted spiced pumpkin and fiesta quinoa brown rice for a meal worthy of a food spread.
