In an Instagram post, the chef momma shared to her followers her favorite Ilokano food in Pangasinan – denengdeng.
Also called inabraw, denengdeng is a native ilocano dish that uses variety of veggies and bagoong as its soup base.
“This is.called #Denendeng Labong & Saluyot wd fried snapper.. kinamulatan kung pagkain sa Pangasinan.. araw araw noon laging denendeng ulam!”, she said.
The best part? Her meal is healthy and organic!
