April Fool’d: Salmon looking fruit, wagyu looking dessert

The country’s upscale dining booking services, Plato PH, had unveiled its latest offering for April – a delectable, tricky food fare made out of creativity.

In a video promo posted on Friday, the online booking platform revealed its April Fool’d event, which features food served in a unique way. The video showcases a salmon-looking dish that’s actually made of watermelon, and a coal looking sweet potato.

“April Fool’d aims to create dishes that embraces innovation, creativity, and trickery. Think salmon that’s actually made out of fruit, or meat that’s actually a dessert!”, its official blog page announced.

Its April events feature a roster of renowned chefs including Chef AJ Reyes, Chef Francis Faraon and Chef Earl Cortez.
