Bon apetit! Local chefs to promote French cuisine as part of Gout de France
The Embassy of France in the Philippines aims to promote French cuisine through its event where 9 chefs will showcase their French cooking prowess.
The third “Gout de France” or “Good France,” is a participation of the Embassy in a global initiative of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, to promote French gastronomy, Inquirer reported.
Renowned chefs, including students from La Salle Benilde, will prepare and serve traditional French food on March 21 which will be scrutinized by chef Alain Ducasse. Across the globe, over two thousand chefs will be participating in the event. Bon apetit!
