On a social media post on Saturday, renowned stylist and makeup artist Fanny Serrano shared his own version of sinampalukang manok and fried galunggong.
” wish is my command…Craving granted with my yummy yamyam lunch today…Sinampalukang Manok (from our Paradiso Vineyard Tamarind Tree) na super asim at anghang…Fried GG(my forever fave)…kamayan na po!”, the famous salon owner shared on his Instagram account.
The fashion designer suffered a stroke late last year, but has recovered well ever since. It seems like cooking had helped him as his therapeutic recovery activity!
