Dimples Romana unveils Ribeye Steak recipe

Ever wanted to learn how to cook ribeye steak? Worry no more because The Greatest Love actress Dimples Romana just revealed her two-level steak recipe.

The chef momma prepared a delectable spread for the family on Sunday night.

“I love cooking just right before the weekend expires. it’s our way of celebrating life and family and making way for God’s grace and provision for the coming week”, she quipped.

Luckily, her Instagram followers also get to discover how she prepared it.

The rib-eye, she said, was cooked two ways.

“The bigger portions were generously seasoned with salt and pepper and went straight to my electric grill. The smaller portions on the left side were seasoned with salt and pepper, baked for about 30 mins on 120C then pan seared with first oil, added butter,garlic cloves and thyme 🏻 seared on high heat on each side for about 1 min per side after that, I let it rest for about 10 mins before consumption “, she expained.

“Also cooked truffle pasta and used the truffle oil Nanay Sylvia gave me from her London trip, I just sautéed the sliced portobello mushrooms in butter and the truffle oil until it was soft then I added salt and pepper, heavy cream and let it simmer on low heat then I just adjusted the flavor to my liking using salt and pepper #dimpskitchen”

She also added how the family loved the sticky toffee pudding.

” I heated it up then put the sauce that came with the pudding and topped it with vanilla ice cream ⭐️ 🏻”, she added.
