Former CA Justice Lagman joins Ginebra San Miguel Board
Retired Court of Appeals Justice Aurora S. Lagman has joined the board of Ginebra San Miguel Inc. as an independent director to take the place of the late Justice Francisco Villaruz Jr.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, Ginebra San Miguel said Lagman was elected as an independent director of its board on March 15, 2017.
Lagman is a regular member of the Judiciary and Bar Council representing the private sector
Lagman is the wife of retired Sandiganbayan Justice Roberto Lagman.
She was a consistent dean’s lister at the Lyceum of the Philippine College of Law. She started her career as a senior research attorney at the Department of Justice in what is now known as the Public Attorneys Office.
She was eventually appointed as a senior state prosecutor before she was appointed as a judge of the Regional Trial Court Branch 77 of Bulacan until she was promoted as an Associate Justice of the Court of Appeals.
