In a series of Instagram posts, the TV actress shared her ingredients to her simple and healthy dish, which you can easily recreate on your own.

The Encantadia actress said she used mixed greens, grated carrot, radish, Baguio strawberries, orange, feta cheese and toasted almonds. For her dressing, she used passion fruit vinaigrette made from passion fruit, apple cider vinegar, raw honey and olive oil.

“Simple healthy and fresh. Quick to make too”, she added.

All of these ingredients are fiber-rich, organic and are low in cholesterol. Time to visit the local market and buy these ingredients ASAP!
