How was Erwan’s own version of Pancit Cabagan?

As The Fat Kid Inside explored the rich culinary heritage of Philippine provinces, Erwan recreated his own version of the famous noodle dish in Isabela, Pancit Cabagan.

On Saturday, the food blogger shared his own take on the local signature dish, which tasted “healthy”.

“My attempt at making pancit cabagan everyone, said mine tasted healthy and proceeded to eat the one made by the pro. I can’t blame them. #isabela #cabagan”, he told his followers.

Pancit Cabagan is made of a local type of noodles called miki and is usually mixed with lechon, itlog ng pugo and mixed vegetables.
