Max’s Group declares cash dividend of P0.13 per share
Max’s Group Inc. today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of P0.13 per share to be sourced from a portion of its 2016 net income.
In a disclosure to the stock exchange, Max’s Group said its board of directors approved the declaration of the cash dividend on March 14, 2017. Stockholders of record as of March 30, 2017 are entitled to the cash dividend that will be paid out on April 12, 2017.
Max’s Group reported a net income of P562 million in 2016 on the back of the robust growth of its online and delivery revenues and steady restaurant sales.
Among the restaurant chains in the group are Max’s Restaurant, Pancake House, Yellow Cab Pizza, Krispy Kreme, Jamba Juice,Max’s Corner Bakery, Teriyaki Boy, Dencio’s, Meranti, Sizzlin’ Steak, Maple, Kabisera, Le Coeur De France and Singkit.
The group has a total of 623 branches, 49 of which are overseas.
