Wow! Marvin Agustin transforms leftover into a IG-worthy dish

Actor and restaurateur Marvin Agustin encourages his Instagram followers never to waste food by transforming leftovers into Instagram-worthy, yummy meals.

In a post on Thursday night, Marvin, who co-owns renowned restos including SumoSam, John and Yoko, Akira, Alqueria and Wolfgang Steakhouse, shared his quinoa meal out of excess food.

“Quinoa with shrimp and lamb. Leftovers from lunch and dinner the past days. #NeverWasteFood”, his caption read.

Quinoa is a popular alternative to rice, which is a complete protein and a wheat-free alternative. Food blogger Erwan Heusaff has always been an advocate of quinoa for its healthy benefits.
