Wow! This resto serves food straight from its garden
This restaurant in Baguio is the perfect example of a food establishment that serves nothing but the freshest ingredients. Mother’s Garden offers organic dishes made from food grown from its backyard.
Mother’s Garden, which healthy food advocate Therese Jison opened in 2010, only uses organic produce, fresh straight for its own garden, Inquirer reported. The resto, nestled on a 2000-square meter property previously owned by her mother, was the product of health awareness that ensued after experiencing mild stroke about five to six years ago.
“We serve food mostly coming from our garden and farm. Recipes are based on my 39 years of culinary experience,” Jison, executive chef and proprietor, told Inquirer.
Mother’s Garden is situated at Quezon Hill Road2, Brgy. Fairview, Baguio City.
