Check out this Parillada party at CACS

The mean of Center of Asian Culinary Studies had some hot roatsing session, featuring delectable meat roasted to perfection.

The professional culinary experts roasted some lamb, which was cut in half, in front of Gonzales-run Cafe Ysabel, referred to as ‘parillada” or the Mexican counetrpart of a barbecue party.

“Argentinian Parillada tonight. Later we will be putting bread that will get cooked and have this fabulous wood fired flavor” CACS founder Gino Gonzales said in his Instagram post.

“Right now,the lamb,pig & the beef belly go first for a low & slow roasting on the pit”, he added.

Sounds yummy!
