Even on a vacay, phenomenal star Nadine Lustre knows how to stick to her diet plan.

While on a road show in the US, the 1/2 of popular love team Jadine shared her healthy snack – tuna and avocado sandwich.

This snack is an quick fix for those looking for a hearty, and guilt-free sandwich filling alternative. Nadine made hers with a tuna, avocado and whole wheat pita bread.

Her hearty, delectable meal is definitely rich in protein, fiber and omega-3.
