From politician and an organic farmer, Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan is now a nutritionist to his followers on social media, as he briefly gave lecture on why tinola should be a top choice of dish.
“Tinolang manok. Organic papaya, siling labuyo at dahon ng malunggay galing sa farm”, he said on is Facebook post on Monday, while showcasing his delectable meal for the day.
“Isa sa pinakamasustansya na gulay ang malunggay. Rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamin a, vitamin b, vitamin 6, iron atbp”, he added, emphasizing that the dish would help in allleviating illnesses in the family, with the proper nutrients it can provide.
Apart froms erving the people, Sen. Kiko is known for his green thumb, and for operating several greenhouses in the country where he houses some of his organic harvests.
