For news anchor Korina Sanchez, taking delight in a good dinner is the best way to cope from a long, tiring day.
Korina share to her Instagram followers her yummy dinner in Bulacan which consists of crabs, butter, garlic and quinoa rice.
“Dinner after a long day in Bulacan should be something I LOVE. Alimangoooo! Two ways! First: sa gata…. maanghang mang konti…”, she said.
“Guilt-free with quinoa instead of white rice! It’s protein and not carbs! Im a contented cow…”, she added.
Quinoa is a healthier alternative to white rice, which is fiber-rich with less carbs.
