Solenn’s preps yummy, healthy meals on the go
There’s no surprise how Solenn Heussaff maintains her perfect figure. Even though she’s swamped with taping schedules, she takes time to prepare healthy food for herself and hubby Nico Bolzico.
Before flying off to Tokyo, Solenn gave a peek into the fare she made for herself — Salmon eggplant quinoa, fruits, seeds of feta and mandarin, energy bars, passioin fruit dression, flax chia nuts, steel cut oats, fruit juice, coconut mix, poimello, vanilla cinnamon, mango and mint. Wow!
Upon touchdown in Japan, she and her hubby had drinks at the Spirit Bar Sunface where they had amazing cocktails.
