Aiko gets healthy with ketogenic diet

For her breakfast, Aiko indulges in bacon, celery and cucumber and makes sure to combine the ketogenic diet with supplements to block carbohydrates and sugar in her system. She also makes sure to consult her coaches to make sure that she is dieting properly and healthily.
