Chef Edward gives nod to local restos

Chef Edward Bugia is a marvelous chef in his own right but he is also very generous to giving praise to fellow kitchen warriors who have impressed his palette.

The foodie chef have a nod to Steak to One not only for serving extra worchestire sauce along with the steak but for making the flavors come out of the steak as it was naturally intended.

He also said that BAR Pintxos, one of his favorite bars in the BGC area is one of the most underrated establishments that has the ability to blow the socks off everyone who tries their menu.

He also enjoyed his buffet at The Manor in Camp John Hay mainly because they had unlimited strawberry taho in their selection.

“Grilled cheese with bacon jam and a cool glass of dirty nitro coffee for me. Dirty horchata for her,” he said as he gave the thumbs up to El Union Coffee. He wondered what took him so long to pay a visit. (ANGEL ONG)
