Juday makes homemade granola bars for her kids

Getting kids to eat fuller, more nutritious meals has always been a bane for mothers and fathers alike. And even treats in stores that are marked as healthy usually contain too much sugar for growing kids. Lulckily, mother and chef Judy Ann Santos found a clever way to avoid this trap.

The mother created her own granola bars made with a mixture of oats, nuts, and dried fruit, a surefire recipe for a healthy digestive system.
