Top chefs converge to support the World Wildlife Fund
Some of the top chefs of the Philippines converged in Makati ShangriLa to preprare a special feast to support the World Wildlife Fund.
Participants include Esquire Chef of the Year Miko Aspiras; Nicco Santos owner of Conde Nast’s recently named best restaurants in the world, Your local; and 2016 Asia’s Best Female Chef Margarita Fores, among others.
The theme of the menu was sustainable and zero waste, with Chef Miko sharing his contribution last night.
Chico Orcine of Le Petite Soufflé also shared his experience of the amazing night.
