Astronauts get creative with food in space
Have you ever wondered how astronauts eat in space?
Well, Unilad has compiled videos from space stations from NASA, European Space Agency, Canadian Space Agency and the Coconut Science Lab showing astronauts getting creative with their meals and gravity.
Based on the video, astronauts have their work cut out for them as they try to keep their meals from floating away. They also have fun with liquids like syrup since the lack of gravity makes them behave differently than they would on Earth.
Astronauts pretty much make their own versions of cheesecake using space bread, strawberry jam topped with – can you believe it – milk? Astronauts have also developed their own techniques in preparing their food with some being resourceful by taping down their food before they float away.
