Bondi&Bourke launches Bolizco beef in the Philippines
Bondi&Bourke in Davao held last night a successful five-course Argentine dinner at the restaurant to formally introduce Bolizo beef, an organic, grass-fed, hormone-free product to the country.
The dinner was a product of a partnership between Nico Bolzico, celebrity chef ErwanH eussaff, Australian chefs Patrick Mccarthy and Wade Watson to showcase the delicious flavors of the meat to the lucky patrons who were able to secure a seat at the dinner.
It took a lot of preparation for the partnership to happen but by its end, there were instant fans of the combined efforts of Nico, Erwan and B&B team. Bolzico beef is now available in Bondi&Bourke. (ANGEL ONG)
