Janice impresses with own version of caviar pie
For actress and chef Janice de Belen, who has been craving for some caviar for the past several days, there’s a quick fix to it. She put her skills to good use and made her own caviar based dish.

HAD IT IN A PARTY LAST SATURDAY😊MADE MY OWN TODAY AND ADDED SOME SMOKED SALMON TO THE CAVIAR (IT'S THE BLACK EBIKO THEY HAVE AT SANTIS) I WISH WE HAD PETROSSIAN THOUGH😊😊TOPPED IT WITH LEMON SLICES AND SOME DILL😊😊😊 I THINK I WILL HAVE SOME WINE TOO😊😊😊
Janice shared that after having caviar pie at a party the week before, she had been wanting to eat more of it. She finally caved and made her own caviar pie and leveled it up with some smoked salmon. Instead of using Petrossian which she had none of at home, she substituted it with lemon and some dill. It seemed to work out just as well.
She completed the sophisticated dish with some crackers and some wine and the result is something that could pass for a five star restaurant offering. Great job Janice!
